By opening a remote support session, you agree to pay $50.00 per 1/2 hour of support that we are able to perform remotely (at our discretion), with a minimum $50.00 charge, unless already covered by a service agreement.

This saves you $25.00/hr off our regular hourly rate, and allows us to service you in a more timely fashion.

If we are unable to fix your problem remotely, and onsite service is required, there will be no charge for the initial remote service attempt.
